I use a Visa card.

My account has also been severely restricted, but I don't know the reason.

I've also experienced this a few times, possibly due to system errors and issues with the payment card scanning meta.

Could you check your card to see if you're exceeding your payment limit? If everything seems normal, I think you should try to avoid having too low a balance on your card. Sometimes, a low balance can cause Meta to misinterpret your transaction and trigger an error. This is my perspective, and I welcome other contributions so we can improve this issue together.
