Hello everyone,
We are looking for a full-time team member who can help us manage and run Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Alternatively, we are also open to working with a Premier Partner agency that can support us in the areas outlined below. We will proceed with one of these options.
Our top priority is finding individuals or agencies with experience in operating within “gray areas” of advertising, who can guide us effectively in this space. We are looking for people who think differently, are open to experimentation, and can develop creative solutions.
The same expectations apply to agencies.
We are also open to collaborating with premier agencies that can support our brands operating in gray areas.
REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads policies and campaign management processes
- Proven experience in developing global advertising strategies, especially in target markets such as the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom
- Expertise in performance optimization and the ability to develop sustainable account strategies
- Experience in gray-area advertising and the ability to navigate legal boundaries creatively
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to take quick action, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team player
- Ability to effectively use AI tools
- Open to continuous learning and self-improvement
