Facebook for OFM without cloaking? Scam?

What you think guys? Is this a scam?

The guy offers facebook ad accounts with minimum first load $500-1000.

Then he says my tele medicine page does not need any cloaking and proceeds to show me an ad he is doing for OFM, "no cloaking".

The high minimum first load is the red flag, that's a classic way to get a big deposit out of you before the account conveniently dies. From what I've seen legit account renters don't push huge upfront loads like that. And telling you telemedicine needs no cloaking while showing OFM ads is a bit off, those are very different risk levels. I'd be careful, sounds like someone talking confident to get your money in fast.

you should ask him to get trial in advance if he can offer. deposit $500-1000 will be very risk and I see no reputable company require that.

Are you going to be responsible if your “friend,” to whom you will be referring interested people, is going to scam them with this “super secret” FB strategy that turns out to be just another elaborate scam?
I'm not going to refer anybody to anyone.

It's his formula and I'm not going to interfer.

I've referred him some traffic sources that worked for him in the past, but regarding FB - that's his trade secret.

He's promoting his own models this way, with a major volume spent every month, not selling any service.

There are a lot of people here who don’t know what they’re talking about.
If you’re still in contact with him ask him to send you a screen record with the ad when he is taping on (not a screenshot) since he told you that he’s not using clocking. You’ll be surprised that a FB ad can work without clocking but using a good and a simple workflow. That screen record will give you the answers.
I know what I’m talking about, I’m not writing what I dreamed of last night, because I used to promote my AI girls adult accounts on FB.

I’m not saying and I’m not advising you to buy any services from him or from someone else who are asking for a high amount. If someone is legit and knows that can run an Ad account for a long period of time for a bussines that it’s against Meta guidelines, actually it’s charging a small amount or none in the beginning for a test.
