Hello.

We are currently running a solid OFM Agency generating $35k+/Month across 10 models. The whole pain point is that we rely on only one traffic method which is SFS. We are pretty sure it will keep going and it will last but if we add 1-2 more traffic funnels the revenue can be easily doubled. Give me your suggestions or experiences.

I think you can test with X/Twitter. It gives you discovery plus DMs, and it’s a good way to build a repeatable traffic source.

btw are ur models OF only or spread across other platforms like fansly, f2f..? wondering how u are running chats across 10 models rn? separate logins per platform or something unified?

Congrats on hitting $35k/mo across 10 models.that’s a solid operation. The issue with SFS isn't the method itself, it’s the operational friction of manually sourcing, verifying, and scheduling cross-promos across 10 different rosters.

Before jumping into completely new channels like paid ads (which eat margins fast), look into streamlined tools and dedicated trading hubs that simplify cross-promo discovery and roster verification. Managing agency-to-agency trades in a structured environment usually doubles your SFS output without adding overhead.

That's good income. How did you get the 10 models?
 
SFS traffic is considered some of the lower quality traffic so if you can do $1K/day+ you are In good shape.


As an ofm agency, I would suggest organic socials would be a great opportunity as well.
 
s4s alone definitely caps your ceiling. threw my pages on bondista for cross-promos and it smoothed out the traffic dips pretty fast
 
I’m going to talk from my experience because I’m doing the same business as you but I’m using AI girls from more than 2 yrs and a half.

Reddit seems to be good.
I started to use it to promote my AI girls relatively recently because to be honest I hated that platform. There are too many nerds, kids, r3tards, this is why I don’t like it too much.
But for promotion is good.

Instagram is very good if you know how to use it. I mean I’m using IG as the main traffic source since I can get from 20 to 170 million views in 30 days completely organic and the audience is mainly from US (I’m referring to my main IGs, not to the secondary ones - from those I’m funneling the traffic).
Anyway plus other social media platforms.
The point is to use as many social media platforms as you can and funnel the traffic and the leads not only to OF but also to free platforms (not an adult platform) where you’ve to create a fanbase.
For eg. A TG group. Why it’s important?
Because in a private group the rate of conversion is higher than from a public IG, FB, Tiktok, X, Threads and so on.

Related to your monthly income, I suppose that you started this business recently because your income it’s a little bit lower for 10 models.
From my point of view you’ve to start to use social media platforms to get more traffic and leads.
 
if you're looking for another traffic source, i'd look into bondista. could be an interesting extra funnel alongside SFS, especially for testing new audiences
