I am looking for clients who need Google advertising accounts for their business.
What communities or solutions can help me expand my customer base?
I have an account with reasonable costs for Google advertising.

You are at right place. Post in marketplace, get the BHW marketplace membership. Do you offer discounted google ads accounts too?

I am currently supplying it; please contact me if you need it.
 
I’d avoid selling it as “cheap Google Ads accounts.” That attracts the wrong type of client and creates trust issues.

Better places are niche business communities, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and BHW’s HAF/WTB sections if your membership allows it. Lead with campaign management and results, not just account access.
 
Local business groups agency communities and linkedIn are good places to start look for owners already talking about their ad results.
