Use Short movie clips & own voice-over then original commentary. You should avoid long scenes, movie audio and copied dialogue. Mirroring doesn't prevent copyright claims. For Rendered 1080p, H.264, MP4, and AAC.

there is no way of editing the video clip to make it absolutely safe from copyrights. what u should be aiming at is making the clip transfformative making it urs through narration, analysis nd commentary nd adding the clips to prove ur point.

Use your own voice and explain the movie in your own words. Keep movie clips short and only use them when needed.

I used to compile clips, each of length 2 to 3 seconds max, not more than that. I change the ratio a little, as in zoom in, and added a voiceover, that's all.

You need to process the images or audio, cut and paste them, and add voiceovers to make them different so as not to violate copyright, or you could create videos in the form of commentators, which is quite effective.
