I have built an scroller porn type site where creators can post their short adult content , it is very similar to redgifs. I am asking for possible ways to make profit from this , like either making the site have a subscription mechanism like onlyfans , or just have ads on the site , or maybe just sell the source code and all . I am open to hear all suggestion !

Subscription not going to work. The only possible model is ads, but the best option is setting up a cam whitelabel and divert traffic to your cam site. Also put advertise here tags to attract ad buyers, or try to grab a monthly fix spots or deals.

Why do you think it wouldn’t work?
I would recommend that you begin with imo ads especially when you are looking to create traffic for yourself. once you have created some user for yourself, then you can go for the premium ads nd see if they bring any conversion.
