Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a payment gateway that can work with a small IPTV business. I'm currently operating as an individual/sole proprietor and don't have a registered company yet.

The business is legitimate, and I'm looking for a processor that:

  • Accepts IPTV/streaming-related businesses
  • Allows individuals or sole proprietors
  • Supports international customers
  • Has reasonable fees and payout times
  • Is transparent about its KYC/business requirements
I'm not looking for cloaking, fake documents, or methods to bypass KYC.

If you've had personal experience with a provider that legitimately supports this type of business, I'd appreciate recommendations and details about the requirements.

Thanks.

I already have it in site, but not so many customers are familiar with crypto!!

That's going to be a tough one given your niche and what you're selling. You might be wiser cloaking what you're actually selling from the processors view? Although that leaves you wise open for problems if there is any refunds or payment issues I would imagine.

If so, what are the best paypal cloakers or stripe ?

How small are you in terms of sales that you are generating per month right now?

IPTV is high risk to every processor. Chargebacks plus licensing exposure. Not a judgement about you. Stripe or PayPal won't argue, they'll just close you mid payout. High risk acquirers do take streaming. But none will onboard a sole proprietor, so you need a registered entity and a business account first. They'll also ask what you're licensed to redistribute, so keep that in mind.

Yeah @pkchaib cloaking stripe or paypal is a ticking time bomb especially for iptv... they will catch it eventually and freeze whatever balance you have. definitely not worth the stress for 1-2k a month. @Chunkulus is right about the registered entity part. if you want to keep your funds safe you really need to just register a simple ltd in the uk or an llc. once you have an actual company setup you can look at high risk processors. otherwise crypto is your only real option but you gotta educate your users on how to buy it.

yea and setting up one is not to hard find a company in Delaware that does it and they do all the work for you.

Thank you guys for the help! Really appreciate it !

Actually, high-risk niches just can't handle the clock from payment giants like Stripe and PayPal on their own. Look for some processors - they're expensive, but they're definitely way less risky than the potential freeze situation

Do you offer a free trial to new customers before they commit to a subscription? Maybe this could also help you reduce and control chargebacks, as customers can test the service first before committing.

Yes i do, the thing is i still have 0 % chargeback since i've started the business

There were so many gateway providers in IPTV a few months ago but today finding a reliable IPTV payment gateway is pain. I would suggest you to use irongatepays, they're good. My experience and a few of my colleagues are using them, so far so good.

The real problem isnt necessarily that your product is high risk, its
your low volume. Most high risk processors need a minimum transaction
volume (usually 3-5k/mo up) AND potentiallya registered LLC or Ltd, so at your
current scale youre stuck in a no mans land : too "risky" for standard
processors, too small for HR ones to bother onboarding you.

In my opinion, the best approach would be “cloaking” at your scale, that’s more than enough.
You can use a standard payment processor Shopify, Stripe, or another while still protecting yourself against the risk of being banned.
It's pretty easy to set up, and it still works very well in 2026.

Once youre past 5-10k/mo you can start considering a proper HR processor
with a real entity, but until then cloaking is what most people in your
exact situation end up doing.

What cloacking do i use and how can i implement it ?

From high-risk gateways, $30k-$50k monthly is the starting point.
