pinterest will have to be seen more as a site of discovery than promotion. make sure that all images are proper nd try out new concepts and tags. a smaller but devotted following is better than a larger irregular one.

Pinterest can be pretty strict with adult content, so I would focus on keeping the visuals within their guidelines first. Otherwise, even good engagement may not last if the account gets restricted.
