What's your biggest bottleneck when scaling TikTok?

best way is to investigate what actually made a piece of content work for you, what was about the conetent that it invited people to look at it and most importantly share it with others and save it. if you can identify that just double down on it.

A good approach is to turn the winning post into a series, not just repost the same thing. Change the hook, angle, example, or format while keeping the core idea.

TikTok itself recommends remixing winning content with new angles/hooks, and consistency helps build momentum.

For example: same topic --> different hook --> different story --> reply to a comment --> part 2. That way you're reusing what works without making the page feel repetitive.

You can capture the core theme and storytelling formula of a viral post, then reshoot it with different cases and perspectives while keeping a consistent editing style and copywriting tone.

I think having a large number of followers on TikTok is still more important. A strong follower base can help your videos maintain more consistent growth and give you a loyal audience of returning viewers.

biggest issue is producing enough fresh creatives without the quality dropping. scaling views is easy but finding new angles that keep working is the hard part

If you've already had a successful post, you can build upon that success to create seasons 2 and 3, ensuring the story continues.
