Getting your profile views is good, but the profile and the offer should entice people to reach out.

a lot of linkedIn traffic is just curiosity turning those visits into conversations usually takes a much clearer reason to stick around.

well that happens quite often. not all profile views will result in leads or contacts. i would recommend being precise in the headline about urself section with regards to what u are really offering nd posting interessting things on a regular basis.
