I’d be cautious about judging a backlink package mainly by DA/DR and the promise of fast indexing. In my experience, the actual relevance and quality of the pages where links are placed matter much more over time. I’d also want to know how often the placements disappear or get deindexed, since that can make a large order look better initially than it performs later. Has anyone tracked a batch for 60–90 days to see how many links remain indexed and live?
