I'm currently running a shopify online shop but yet open a official blog, should I need to open one and post some related topics? What's the difference between AI and original contents?

Most traffic of my site come from ads. Thank you for the advice.

Definitely, a blog useful for your Shopify store, but it's bring Google traffic & build customer trusting. Content generated by AI, mostly generic, then original content your own experience, knowledge, opinions. Last of all used AI to help but add your own real information

If you are already making decent money from ads, a blog is mostly useful for retargeting and building topical authority so your site looks legit to Google. Don't waste weeks writing original stuff manually if you don't have the time. You can use AI to pump out the bulk of the content, but you need to manually add internal links to your product pages and clean up the formatting. Pure AI content gets indexed fine if the keyword difficulty is low, but it won't convert readers into buyers unless your call to actions are actually good. If your paid ads are already working, keep focusing on that and just let the blog run slowly in the background.

Thank you so much for the advice, so I guess generated by AI first and then motify it a little bit would be better.

Thank you for the advice, and yes, that's what I'm gonna do. It really can't rely solely on ad traffic, as there might be a possibility that the ad account could run into problems one day.

It won't take much time to build one. You can even outsource it for cheap. Helps in SEO.

If most of your traffic comes from ads, a useful blog can be a good way to slowly build another source of organic traffic.

blogging is not a requirement, but it will be valuable if you are trying to generate organic traffic together with paid advertisement. imo, if the content is generated through AI draft, make sure to include your real product experience.

Yes, a blog can be used to attract organic traffic, particularly when you discuss buyer oriented topics related to your products. In my opinion, there is nothing wrong with using AI for writing research papers/drafts, but use some information regarding the actual product.

Yeah blog is important for topical authority. But be careful with content topics, you don’t want issues like keyword cannibalization

definitelly i would consider using a blog as long as the information provided in the blogs is of value for your customers. however u do not have to produce AI written articles since, at times, original information will be of greater value. advertising will provide immediate traffic, while organic content will be a more long term option.

I started sprinkling in quick blog posts tied to questions my customers ask, and those pages reel in some weirdly specific search traffic. Even a quickie roundup or comparison has pulled in folks who’ve bounced to other offers on my site. I just use AI for the skeleton, then add a story or two from my own mess-ups in that niche, and people stick around longer.

A blog can help, but only if it targets questions people search before buying.

For Shopify, I’d focus on comparisons, buying guides, and product-use content. AI content is fine if you edit it well and add real examples, data, or experience.

Yes, I'd recommend starting a blog and publishing useful, relevant topics that answer your customers questions-it can help build organic traffic and trust beyond paid ads. AI content can save time, but original, human-reviewed content usually feels more authentic and valuable, especially when it includes real experience and useful insights.

A blog can be useful if the topics actually support your products and answer questions your customers are searching for. AI can help with drafts, but original insights, examples, and useful product knowledge usually make the content much more valuable.

Great idea!! I received the questions from customers everyday. Following your idea, I can organise them all questions and answers one by one, and then create as post in the blog, that would be a great way for them to view as well, thank you for sharing!

If most of your traffic comes from ads I'd still consider adding a blog over time it seems like a good way to build extra organic traffic and answer customer questions I'd probably focus on useful original content while using AI only as a helper instead of relying on it completel

You do not necessarily require a blog; it will be helpful in generating organic traffic and also in product pages. AI content is good for a start as far as I am concerned, but ensure that you put in some product information.

I recommend starting a blog and posting useful topics related to your products. You can use AI to help create content but add your own experience and original ideas to make it more valuable and trustworthy.
