Hey Everyone,
Here's my quick review of lyrahosting after using it for a few months (VPS V1 plan upgraded to V2 recently):
This is a very barebones VPS. My site is frequently unresponsive (Cloudflare 522 error), even after upgrading to a bigger plan and not having much traffic. When I asked about this they just say the site is reachable/server is up from our side, so it's my problem.
Also, they don't help you with any issues that are not directly related to the hosting. For example, even though a free control panel (webuzo) is included in the package, I received a "license expired" message and they refused to help, telling me to contact webuzo directly.
I also had issues with not being able to connect the mail to my Outlook account and they also refused to help.
Basically anything extra they refuse to help you. You have to do everything on your own even if the issue is on their side.
I am probably going to switch to a different host unless they can resolve the intermittent website outages.
