Is OFM legal in Ukraine as a foreign agency?

Hey, has anybody signed Ukranian models? Did you ever have any legal issues? I know OFM is illegal in Ukraine, but I'm not sure if there could be issues for the foreign agency which manages the models even though it's not located in Ukraine.

idk specifically about OF, but similar activity is working for 20+ years there, it's called "web marriage agency". it's looking white, but "future husbands"/clients/customers are able to request any material from the "operator". it depends on what "operator" is comfortable with.

As far as I am aware, amendments to the legislation are currently being introduced.

In fact, models are required to declare their income, and a mechanism has already been put in place for this purpose.
However, this activity is still prohibited under the country’s Criminal Code.

So there may still be consequences for models.

As far as agencies are concerned, I haven’t heard of any such cases

The foreign agency is not the problems, The models are. Under article 3011 of Ukraine's criminal code, creating adult content inside the country is illegal. Local creators face real police risk. Agencies usually require Ukrainian models to relocate before signing them.
