Is there a way to see which accounts an IG account has blocked?

sorry..could you rephrase that? There is an account I dont own and I want to see which profiles it has blocked
Hmm, I don't think as a 3rd party, we have that personal information of some account, unless you own that specific blocked username, as only that way you might be able to correlate things.
i do not think IG allows a list of people blocked by a certain account to be revealed via the usual API. u may access ur own blocked accounts list through settings if u have an access to that account, however for any other account u will just have to use indirect indicattors.

Not sure about it, the primary way to see if someone has blocked you is to search their username and if it shows up they haven't blocked you, otherwise they did. So running two independent accounts and checking with both through search can reveal who blocked you or who hasn't.
