Not asking theoretically.

What are you actually seeing in 2026?
Which format currently gives you the best balance of:
- testing speed
- optimization potential
- scalability

Push?
In-Page?
Pop?

Or a combination?

In-page is still the cleanest starting point in 2026 imo. Fast to test, easier to control, and the traffic doesn’t get as messy as push once you start scaling spend. Push still works for cheap volume, but quality swings hard, and pop can scale when you need blunt force traffic, just expect more trimming. Best balance i’ve seen is in-page for validation, then layer push/pop only after the offer and angles are already doing numbers.

Push for testing speed, pop for scale. In-page sits somewhere in between but the volume is inconsistent depending on geo. We see most buyers start with push to validate the offer then move to pop once they have a winning funnel dialed in. Combination always wins long term but don't split focus too early.

Pop can deliver volume quickly but push and in-page are currently more consistent for sustainable optimization and scaling.

As of 2026, I’d say a combination. Push is still my first choice for testing because you can get data fast and test different creatives and angles cheaply. Once I find something that works, I’d add Pop for volume and scaling. In-Page Push can work too, especially on iOS, but I wouldn’t choose it as my main format. So for me right now it’s Push for testing and optimization, then Push + Pop for scaling.
