If you were a new real estate agent, freshly hired, how would you use Blackhatworld related services to help sell houses faster and better than the other real estate agents at your company?

What all would you use? How would you do it? What would be the $ spent?

Thanks.

Personally i would say you have to watch out, as this is a high cash industry, you have to approach it with offline and online stuff.
I'd ask to come along with one of the best closers on the company, and join them for a day. I'd use my computer skills to find a quality template with someone designing it from BHW maybe? for business cards, then get those printed locally (more on why later). I'd also use my creative design skills (and HAF?) to build the best flyer, and make sure it is, by having a portfolio of the media of competitors. (from your secret "personal" viewings). I'd spend in 20 small business shops accross the city/area, all my various supplies I could. I'd then go back a week later and say "remember me? I bought here last time so i'm back again. Very happy customer. Oh BTW, do you mind helping my small business and holding some of my flyers? So kind".

I'd next order 30 real estate books second hand from ebay, and after I very quickly read each one (being a black hat member you should be able to speed read at minimum! ;) ) and then get a pack of 50 stickers with your company and deal on it, and put it in the back of the book inside cover, so it cant be torn off easily.
Go into second hand stores or book stores, and leave the books there periodically. Or at your local library.

I'd also figure out how you could go and meet belly to belly people at real estate seminars and workshops, and open bankruptcy auctions from there. Hire someone here to build you shareable google calendar of events.

I'd try to make some sort of viral campaign for my business name, and share it on youtube like those backrooms pirate captain Clark adverts (if you know the backrooms movie). This might take a bit more work.

I'd try and creatively have a fun time building and marketing assets. (key rings at carwash? Let your local merch store that you used for the cards and flyers for ideas too) While being serious enough to always do and take care of business.

You could use people to help you here with designs and things too, and create mockups.

You could also purchase a remote desktop from someone here and go marketing on other relevant forums with small post count disposable accounts. Promoting one month some various users asking "Is there any good real estate next to Arkam Asylum?" Make a few of those then answer them with a different remote desktop VPS (keep 2 so you don't get your home ip banned or connected)

Holy based, thanks for all the info and insight. Do you usually contribute this awesomely? Great reply. Thanks.

For me, if I were just starting out in the real estate industry, I would attend seminars and learn about sales techniques, visit development stores to contact target audiences, and do many other things if necessary. I would have to plan each step carefully.

hi, if i may ask, considering that you're a fresh new real estate agents. i guess you probably don't have much clients relations in your arsenal yet. but, just incase, would you be open to partnership with a firm?
