Tik Tok ads VS Facebook ads

For a target audience of men aged 18 to 40, I find TikTok and Instagram to be the two best platforms. TikTok excels at trend creation and rapid reach through short videos, while Instagram boasts a high quality Gymtok/Fitness community, ideal for building a reputable brand. Regarding advertising, if your video content is engaging and your landing page is optimized, you can usually get your first order within 1 to 2 days. Are you planning to sell physical products workout gear, equipment or digital products training programs, workout apps?

Have you considered working with TikTok Shop, since they are distributing a lot of free traffics if your product is actually attractive and have enough supply.

For fitness products targeting 18-40 males, tiktok definitely got that fresh energy for viral moves, but fb or ig still be clutch for precise targeting and converting them older heads. As for the first sale, fam, that shit varies wild could be quick as a day or take a week to see that paper, depending on your whole setup

TikTok, no question, for males 18-40 in fitness. And I wouldn't just run ads, I'd put it on TikTok Shop and let affiliate creators push it for commission, that's free reach plus in-app checkout.

I’d do TikTok more, because the target demographic is likely more concentrated on TikTok and they’re more likely to be exposed to ads, but you can also allocate a small portion to Facebook if you have enough budget.

TikTok is good for getting quick attention, while Facebook can be better for retargeting people who already showed interest.

both platforms can work for fitness in that 18-40 male range but the real variable is your creative, tiktok rewards ugc style videos and if youre running polished facebook-style ads there youre gonna bleed money before you see anything. first sale timeline depends way more on your budget and testing speed than the platform itself, seen people hit it day 3 with the right hook, seen others burn $500 and still nothing by week 2
Absolutely agreed, The most important thing is creative, market fit, rather than platform categorization. I would conduct testing on multiple hooks and user-generated content angles to see which creatives actually have the capability to drive conversions before making any judgments,

I think the Meta and TikTok work well for fitness products so the first sales can come in days its depending on your offer or creatives and budget.

In my opinion, Facebook is still the easier platform to run ads on and is likely to deliver better results for your product.
