In my opinion a small watchlist and focus on projects with a strong team, real world use, active development, and solid tokenomics. You can simply just create a excel sheet. Where you can write down the specific cryptos to track down all the action. In my opinion, shitcoins were largely promoted by their creators rather than purchased because of genuine demand. Ordinary buyers often served as exit liquidity for early holders. To make money, you need to win more often than you lose, but trading meme coins was essentially gambling.
