Are they still worth the effort for tier 1, or should they strictly be relegated to tier 2 and 3 now?
What's everyone's current take on Web 2.0s?

tier 2 for me. as tier 1 only if you build them like a real site (unique content, some age) and thats a lot of work for a link a normal page beats. 10 good ones > 200 spun.
