Getting views but very little engagement on LinkedIn

I have been sharing content on LinkedIn for two months and am still learning, and some posts get view, but very few people like and comment on posts, so I wanted to know what has worked for you in a similar situation.

if you are already getting views, you just need to improve the posts so they invite the viewers to share their thoughts in the comments, that is just how you structure your posts
 
Don't expect much but you should keep posting quality content.
 
When it comes to finding customers, a high number of views can be more important than engagement. Sometimes content receives little engagement simply because viewers don't have a strong reason to leave a comment or click the like.
 
try ending your posts with a question to ask peoples opinion, also start commenting on other creators posts daily it helps a lot.
 
Consistency helped me the most. I focused on sharing useful content, engaging with others, and building genuine connections. Engagement gradually improved with time.
 
you are getting views you are already halfway through the process. All that remains for you to do is to formulate your posts in such a manner that people feel like commenting on them. There are some situations where even a single question would be enough to spark discussion.it all depend on how you formulate your posts.

You just need to make your posts better and engagement will come naturally.
 
Views without engagement is a dwell problem. LinkedIn gates reach on how long people stop. Your first two lines before the See More cut do all the work. If those don't stop the thumb, nothing else gets read. Check if your views are all first degree. If they are, you never left your own network.
