actually, there are many factors, your product, your content,... Many types of new acc still work well.

I think if your product is not too difficult to run, not be scanned by facebook too strictly, you can use new accs. they also work well.
old accs are not always available with large quantity, so use them reasonably.

Fresh accounts can work fine when everything is legitimate and consistent aged accounts are not automatically safer, especially with stronger enforcement systems now, the better metric is account quality and policy compliance rather than age alone.

so there is a difference, clearly on an old account you can definitely push the ads and budget more and be a little borderline... on a fresh account obviously you are limited and also you have to be careful to avoid bans

I primarily use long-standing accounts, and they work quite well; older accounts are more effective than new ones.
