If all those accounts are still active, you could make a lot of money selling them to the right people who need them.

They can all still be logged into. Would selling them be against the rules on BHW, or is it allowed?
 
Check if accounts have the ability to open a business manager or more than one... that they don't receive a ban or advertising restriction, and that alone would be a great way to monetize!
 
Someone who run black hat people doing this business
Even if only using matrices to publish ads, it can still generate profits, but it is cumbersome and of little value.
