In the USA, there are no cities exempt from federal taxes. However, some states do not have a state income tax. If you live in one of these states, you will not pay state income tax, but you will still be required to pay federal taxes.

There are Federal and State tax, is impossible when it comes to federal tax but i think some state tax has an exemption.
