Delivery time (indicative): most services start automatically and drip at a natural pace; verified, geo-targeted, and large custom orders may be reviewed manually before they begin. Delivery speed varies with service and current load, so start times are estimates rather than fixed promises.
Refund policy
Clear, real conditions, please read before ordering:
- Non-delivery, full refund or re-send. If an order does not start or cannot be delivered, you get a full refund to your panel balance or a fresh re-send, your choice.
- Deleted tweet, private or protected profile, Auto Partial. If the target is removed or set private during delivery, the order cannot finish; the undelivered remainder is automatically refunded to your balance.
- R30 refill (30-day). Services marked R30 include a 30-day refill: if the count drops within 30 days, request a top-up refill at no extra charge.
- Wrong or typo link, not started yet, cancel and refund. Contact us before an order begins and we will cancel and refund an unstarted order.
- Not eligible for verification or refill: the delivered portion of an order whose link was set private, deleted, or changed after delivery started is not eligible for refill or drop-verification, but you still receive the Auto Partial refund on whatever was left undelivered. Keeping your profile and target post public throughout delivery keeps the full order eligible.
