I don't think there are any big problems, obviously it all depends on the prompts given and how the requests are handled
 
AI ofm is scummy to me but I clicked this thread wondering what the biggest problem was and it's a garbage click bait title :/
 
I find their review process quite cumbersome. They require constant customer service and problem solving.
