What will TikTok do if you watch the clip multiple times?

I'm wondering if watching the entire clip from beginning to end, or watching it repeatedly, is more favored by TikTok for boosting views, or if watching just a little bit and scrolling through to get likes is more advantageous.
Does TikTok's algorithm differentiate between these two things, and are there any signs to tell?

Yeah, TikTok can tell the difference. Watching the full video or replaying it is generally a stronger signal than watching a few seconds, liking, and scrolling. You can usually see this in your analytics through watch time and completion rate.
 
Tiktok track watch time, completion rate and replay so repeated full watches can help the video performance but one person repeatedly watching isn't enough to make a video viral. Tiktok consider the behaviours of many viewers.
 
TikTok doesn't just consider views, but watch time and completion are important. As far as I am concerned, a genuine watch where you engage in the video is preferable to looping a video.

yeah, TikTok considers factors such as watch time, completion rate, rewatches, and engagement. IMHO, a complete organic watch would be more useful than the repeated one, since the latter doesn’t always result in actual views.

this is what i actually notice with time and even as a viewer some clips tend to come on it own without me following the person because i am actually intrested in the clips
 
Repeat watching a tiktok video will help rank your video if done by multiple peoples but if is just few visits that repeat same video will not make a difference
