You can learn SEO and help website owners rank their websites better. Or you can learn Facebook ads and charge a percentage on the creatives you post for other business owners who want to promote their businesses on FB. Since this is on the IG section, another way to make money is to grow an IG page to several hundred thousands and then sell sponsored posts.

Since you are already freelancing I'd focus on one service you can deliver well and build from there improving your profile getting repeat clients and gradually increasing your rates seems more realistic than trying too many different methods at once
 
make a solid offering with the skills you have and volunteer your skills to solve someone's problems locally, online, through social media where ever. collect reviews, ask for referrals. make it a point to do everything to get leads, EVERYTHING. soon work will start coming in.

It sounds like you be just spamming to boost your post count. After all you say you have a focus, and you advise people that there are lots of platforms to earn so why you opening what is another one of the millions of threads we have on how to make money?

Since you are already a freelancer, I would choose to develop expertise in just one area and create a mini portfolio rather than trying to do everything. IMO, SEO, content writing, VA work, or tech services might actually achieve that range.
