Been noticing something weird for a while now. My brand's Google Search Console isn't giving me accurate clicks or impressions - numbers look off/way lower than they should be. But when I check Google Analytics, everything is accurate and tracking properly. My other brands are showing correct data in GSC without any issues, so it's isolated to this one specific brand/property.

Has anyone run into GSC data being wrong on one property while everything else (GA, other brand properties) checks out fine? What did you check first to fix it?

I would first check to make sure you only have one tracking code installed, because I’ve seen cases where duplicate codes can create tracking issues or inflate the data. The other thing I’d look at is whether all of your important pages are actually being indexed and whether Google Search Console is showing any exclusions. Google Analytics can still record traffic from sources like referrals or social even if a page isn’t indexed

I’d check the GSC property setup and indexing first, not GA. Make sure the correct property/version is being viewed (Domain vs URL-prefix), then check Performance filters, indexing/exclusions, and canonical URLs. GA can still show traffic that isn’t from Google Search, so matching GA numbers doesn’t necessarily confirm a GSC issue.

check if that brand is a url prefix property, the https://www... type. those only count that exact version so traffic hitting non www or subdomains just disappears from gsc while GA still sees everything. if ur other brands are domain properties thats probably ur whole answer. also if ur comparing to numbers from before april, gsc had a bug that inflated impressions for months, they fixed it and everyones numbers dropped overnight
