First check the exact reason for the restriction in account quality & make sure everything complies with meta's policies. If another review isn't available you can contact meta support with the relevant details

You can keep hammering support with appeals, but it usually drags out for weeks and leads nowhere. If it's a 100% legit, verified whitehat account, you might event ually get it unbanned, but don't hold your breath. Honestly, your best move right now is to launch a fresh setup and keep moving forward stalling over one dead profile will just kill your momentum. Welcome to FB, that's just how it goes

I can still contact to Meta support, but as for your facebook profile, you should use a new one. normally, supporter of Meta help me to appeal fb acc, when profile is banned, I will replace it.

I think it's time to make a new account, since the support doesn't want to help you.
Do you make sure that the account doesn’t have any support cases open or any account quality issues? It’s possible that Meta will lock the review process for some time if an appeal was rejected.

If a previous appeal request was rejected, i will first check the account quality section and any existing support records. The available review options will depend on the account current status

What was the reason for your rejection? Typically, rejected accounts are not reopened. You should open a new account or purchase another one.

I think you should submit an appeal; if it gets rejected, you can chat with a Facebook support agent.

You could try messaging Meta AI to see what happens. However, I think you should use a new profile, as it is very difficult to appeal this type of restriction lately. Or you cantry appealing via the 282 link.

Yeah, at this point you might want to consider starting fresh. If Meta has already rejected the review and won't allow another appeal, there really isn't much anyone else can do. I'm presonaly highly skeptical of anyone outside Meta claiming they can simply "restore" the account.

Well, there's probably legitimate peeps who can help navigate appeals but that's about the best you can expect.
