Hi Guys,
I've been outreaching peoples on LinkedIn but not getting any positive response. Also, sending follow up messages but no luck :( .
I already have Sales Navigator.

They are probably getting dozens of those messages. You can try sending a more personal note, though chances are they will never respond to any of those outreaches.

What's your pitch? Who are the people you targeted?

Honestly you would be absolutely surprised by having a look at the inboxes of some of the people you're messaging. I reach out to marketing heads & managers on a daily basis, and having done that for a few years I've managed to become friendly with a few who have shown me their inboxes and I was absolutely blown away by seeing that they could get a dozen or more messages A DAY!

So what does that tell you? That you really really need to stand out in order for people to acknowledge you or even read your messages. No one will read long massive walls of text or information that they don't care about from a total stranger.

I get a lots of people cold messaging me on LinkedIn. You need to personalize each message and offer something unique to get your foot in the door. Most DMs are generalized mass messages that only change the name.

Your pitch is the problem. Try to get creative and send something which catch their attention but doesn't sound spammy or shady.

Something like - "Hi, just saw your recent post on Dentures. It was super informative."

In most cases, people will feel obligated to say thank you. Once they do, you can slowly take it from there and pitch your service. The whole process must be smooth and it shouldn't look like you messaged him/her for your service only.

Step 1. Identify your target audience. Step 2. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to conduct a search for your target audience.

LinkedIn is fully saturated
Hardly people get success with LinkedIn DM

We can’t expect results from just one outreach practice. Factors like the right audience, exact search queries, message quality, timing, and competition all play a role. You're not the only one reaching out, people receive similar pitches daily and can recognize a sales approach. Instead, focus on delivering real value, staying consistent, and engaging through LinkedIn posts while continuing your outreach. Good work and persistence will bring results.

frankly i think u need to take some time off from volume. identify 10-15 relevant prospects, research them nd personalize ur message accordinglly. some actual conversations often yield more fruit than hundreds of sales navigator messages.

It is useful, but just doing the same old thing will not attract your attention. It is better to try focusing on fewer people and getting to know them before personalizing your approach.

if you are using your main personal account to blast people you are going to get restricted pretty fast anyway. the real issue is probably your first message. if its more than two sentences people just archive it. try keeping it under 100 characters and just ask a simple, dumb question related to their role without selling anything... like "hey do you guys handle media buying in-house?" most people reply to that because it looks manual and doesnt trigger their spam radar. once they reply, then you drop the pitch. doing hyper personalized manual outreach is great but it doesnt scale unless you have a high ticket offer.

Sales Navigator is useful, but the problem is usually targeting + offer, not the tool itself. LinkedIn recommends keeping outreach brief, conversational, and genuinely personalized.
