I think most payment methods have issues now and then. Just use a trusted one and keep backup ready.

Virtual card services for paying for ads. There are a lot of different options out there right now, but I won't name any specific ones. I mostly use U.S. BIN virtual cards.

This issue is happening quite often lately. Try using a different card and wait before retrying, as too many attempts in a short time may trigger account restrictions. Or you can use VISA

Hey man. Honestly, payment holds on FB are rarely just a card issue. I've said this a million times, but 90% of the time it’s your setup. It usually comes down to proxy quality, account trust/farming, and GEO alignment (proxy GEO + account GEO + BIN). Try warming up the account first do some basic activity,click around, let it breathe.

flexcard aven't used them since they launched back in the day, so not sure how their BINs are holding up right now. adpay currently running these. They added KYC recently, but it's painless to pass. They also rolled out fresh BINs lately, so definitely worth experimenting with.

There are many payment methods, but generally, using virtual cards is the fastest and most convenient trend.
Many companies offer virtual cards; you should choose one that offers US bank cards.

Card-related errors frequently occur on Meta; you can try adding a new card or using a card from a different bank to avoid these issues.

There are plenty of virtual card services that allow you to top up your balance with cryptocurrency.FlexCard has decent BINs. I’m not sure if I’m allowed to recommend specific services here, though.
