How long did it take you to start getting views on a new TikTok account?

Everyone's experience is different. I have seen some people who got thousands of views from their first post. For me, I started getting around 20-50 views after a few days.
Posting regularly and maintaining good quality helped a lot. After I became consistent with posting, I started promoting my page using Micro-jobs platforms like SproutGigs. That's when I saw real growth.

For me, it took a few days to start getting views. At first, my videos got very few views, but it got better after I kept posting. I think it can be different for every new account.

How many views are you getting RN, how old is your account and do you continue posting till nowadays?
to be frank, it is impossible to predict the behaviour of new profiles. Just keep experimenting with your line your style nd releasing videos regularly. eventually you will get a hit video which will set your path.

You might get some views right from your very first posts, but generating a higher volume of views takes time and requires consistently posting high-quality content.

For new accounts, the first 1–3 days are typically a cold-start review period on the platform, during which there is likely only a small amount of basic test traffic. After about a week, once the account tag is stabilized, traffic will gradually increase naturally.
my experience were that views came within just a couple of posts but the amount was very random initially. the most important part for me was to make the first couple of seconds interesting rather than the more age of the account.

My account is a little over 2 yrs. Yes, I still post, but not too frequently. Like 1-2 times per week; sometimes nothing for weeks. I am averaging 20K-50K views per post.

the posts can be quite arbitrary initially. it would be better to keep posting for two weeks nd check how many views nd retention u get using various hooks and formatts. usually if someone watches ur video then TikTok gives u more opportunities to attract new followers.

warm up a new acc 4~7days and post 2 videos a day. I have a client post AI content like that and get views about 1k+ and more.

Usually, don’t judge a new account too quickly. Keep posting consistently for a few weeks while testing different hooks, topics, and video lengths. Focus on retention and watch time rather than just posting more. Some videos can take off unexpectedly after several posts.
