Here, you can either use agency ad management platforms or work on the ads themselves (making them unique, adding a black screen to freeze frames, and other tricks).

Yeah, absolutely, but this isn't something you can cover in a single post it's a massive topic
It all comes down to your setup and approach: Infrastructure: Account trust, proxy quality, card BINs, etc.Creatives: Trigger words, custom fonts, and GEO selection heavily impact your approval rates.Routing: Whether you're using a cloaker or not, plus your funnel angle (e.g., direct emotion/win hooks vs. "job opportunity" angles that pivot to casino/gambling).
There are tons of ways to make it stick. It worked 10 years ago, 5 years ago, and it's working now. The game changes, but the core stays the same.

Not necessarily; I've seen some get rejected, while others run quite stably.

It's very hard to make sure gambling ads can run smoothly without rejected. Because it's BH and get scanned easily by facebook.
but, it doesn't mean that we can't run it. if ads is rejected, pls try to appeal it, change your content and use a good account.

Rejections and blocks in gambling advertising will always happen; it is inevitable.
First and foremost, the blocking occurs because of your landing page—whether it’s an app, a PWA, or direct links.
Use cloaking and a "white page" that is thematically similar to the creative in your ad.
It is also important to have high-quality accounts, as the moderation process depends on account quality as well.
Using slot machine imagery in your creatives is quite feasible; the knack for it comes with experience.

That is certainly quite challenging, but not impossible, since AI currently scans campaigns, you need to be more meticulous when setting up your ads.

No, it’s impossible to eliminate it 100%. You can only minimize it, and it also depends partly on your content.

to run gambling campaigns without instant rejections, you either need meta’s official written permission (which requires proper licensing) or a robust cloaking setup. Most affiliates use cloakers with whitehat landing pages for meta bots, combined with high-trust agency ad accounts, strong residential proxies, and clean pre-landers to redirect real user traffic safely
