Looking for reliable SIP provider (calls to US)

I'm looking for reliable SIP trunk provider for US calls with decent connection rate. Own semi-warm DB, manual dialing, no scam, no nuisance calls or anything similar.
But like with any not super warm DB we don't get those 120 sec+ ACDs and ASR might be not that great (but not awful).
Any suggestions/recommendations?

the advice about avoiding twilio is spot on, they will kill your margins with short duration surcharges if your average call length drops too low. for manual dialing with semi warm lists you might want to look at bulkvs or maybe signalwire. bulkvs is pretty barebones but their rates are solid and they don't really bother you as long as you aren't running automated voice broadcasts. also make sure you register your caller ids with freecallerregistry and call transparency... if you don't do that your connection rate is going to drop to zero in a couple of weeks anyway because of the spam labels on cell networks.

I was trying to sign up with free caller registry yesterday and it seems to be only focused on US business entities, without any options for international companies to sign up. Of course I can use some fake US info, but that's kinda weird.
 
Would you need a number? SMS? How many minutes/month? Concurrent calls? Approx ACD? ACR?

Yes, we need signed CIDs with a good reputation.
We only use transactional messages atm, however we can reconsider this if you have any reliable route for marketing ones. I'm also looking for sms providers too btw.
<10 concurrent calls, ~17-20k min per month atm, but we gonna add more agents once we sort out all the processes.
ASR/ACD 92%, 44 sec.

If you are outside the US, Telnyx actually lets you verify your profile and get STIR/SHAKEN using your local international business registration documents. Another option is just setting up a cheap Wyoming LLC for like $150, which is kinda necessary anyway if you want to keep doing clean US outreach long term without your numbers getting burned. Bulkvs also has a manual verification process if you email their support directly with your local company info.

I've tried to sign up on freecallerregistry and it seems to be US-only. Or I'm doing it wrong.
I'm working with a local trunk now, but I don't like the idea of having a single trunk to my main business-critical destination. Will try to go with bulkvs as it seems to get some good feedback.
 
honestly at 20k minutes a month you are overthinking the stir/shaken stuff. a or b attestation won't make a massive difference at that volume as long as your dids aren't already flagged. just get a pool of like 10 or 20 numbers, rotate them, and use a provider like commio or flowroute. they handle the basic signing on their end. the foreign ein fax trick works but the irs is slow as hell right now anyway. just keep the volume per did low and you'll be fine without the headache of us entity registration for now.

“Pre-verified DIDs” is usually just carrier-managed reputation / attestation, not some magic clean number pool you can buy once and forget. For your volume I’d look at Telnyx or Flowroute on one side, BulkVS as the cheap backup, and split traffic so no single DID gets hammered too hard.

Freecallerregistry is basically US-entity only, yeah, so if you’re outside the US I’d just use the provider’s own verification path instead of trying to fake it. Telnyx is probably the least painful for intl companies, and their profile/KYC route is less weird than trying to force everything through FCR.
