Please tell me.
What services are there for residential proxies so that you can search by IP address mask?
for example 78.50.*.*

Two providers definitely offer this:
PIA S5 Proxy
Proxy Bigmama Network

Are there any other services like this?

911proxy.com no?

YiLu Proxy 100% no!! you can't search by mask
922proxy NOT WORK! registration is closed

If you have access to ip mask prior to buying them - you can try filtering by city of your mask. You probably already did this, but it's most realistic way.

no, I need a specific search by octets of the IP address, as is done in the PIA proxy or 9Proxy or BigMama proxy, for example

Most mainstream providers don't expose CIDR targeting to regular users since it draws attention to specific subnets, but you might want to check out Decodo's enterprise plans or IPRoyal's custom solutions since they can sometimes arrange subnet targeting if you talk to their account managers directly. The providers you mentioned are pretty niche for offering this publicly - most other quality providers keep that functionality restricted to enterprise clients or require custom integrations through their API instead of dashboard controls.

I'm using 9proxy. It works great. It can target by IP range.

Most providers don’t offer CIDR targeting, but Decodo or IPRoyal may allow it through their enterprise or custom plans.

For IP mask targeting, PIA S5 and Bigmama Network are the primary specialists. Another option is IPRoyal's residential proxies, which allow city-level targeting that can approximate masks. For granular control, consider mobile proxy providers like 4Gproxy, which often expose detailed IP ranges. Always verify targetability in a test package first.

Decodo and IPRoyal They said they don't provide such individual conditions and tariff plans.

is it really possible to assemble a proxy database through a large number of api requests (resident proxies), and then filter the collected database by octets yourself?
or are thousands of requests prohibited by api?

this means such services as:
soax dataimpulse iproyal and so on

If you need a large number of IPs, I use a small trick that works well for me! not sure if it’ll fit your case though.

I run a Node.js script that keeps calling the proxycheck.io API using proxies (with session + TTL), then stores all the results in an SQL database along with the proxy details. After that, I filter the list however I need IP range, state, city, pin code, ASN/network type, proxy detection type, etc. I also skip anything marked as high risk.

Then I just use the filtered proxy list however I want.
It costs a bit, but for me it’s worth it.

One tip: keep the TTL under 30 minutes, since most real user IPs don’t stay active for very long.

here we go you can try proxynesia

finding exact ip masks is really hard on real residential networks bro u should look for providers that allow asn targeting instead its way more stable for that kind of work
