Impressions and no Clicks

I get 0 clicks
@MrCompEng before rewriting a single title, check where those impressions actually happen. 150 a month is about five people a day seeing your listing anywhere in the results. Even a perfect title turns that into a click or two a week, so the CTR advice in here is a bit early for where the site is right now.

Open the Performance report in Search Console and look at average position for the queries bringing those impressions. If it says 40 or 50, your pages are on page four or five, where nobody reads titles at all. That is a visibility problem, not a persuasion problem. I would pick the two or three pages sitting closest to page one, build those out around the queries they almost rank for, and point internal links at them from the rest of the site.

Titles and descriptions start mattering once impressions are in the thousands and the clicks still are not showing up. At 150 they just are not the bottleneck.@MrCompEng before rewriting a single title, check where those impressions actually happen. 150 a month is about five people a day seeing your listing anywhere in the results. Sometimes I get way more eyes on my stuff just by tweaking my headlines to sound like an answer to a question someone might actually google, instead of something fancy or vague. Swapping up your Pinterest pins every couple weeks with new images or titles can help catch folks who missed you before. If you haven’t tried answering Quora or Reddit questions and dropping your blog in there, that can send some warm traffic your way too.
