Facebook account seller recommendation?

I wonder if there is any point buying as I bought one and immediately got the account limited and not able to post.

I know you are supposed to do all sorts of things like use adspower, this is some new thing to me, but am I better off just making one on home IP? the problem is still the ID verification when I tried that in the past, which is why I wanted to buy but then still faced limitation issues.
