I have done it, the problem is that it takes a while.

I would first look for local work (Things people don't wish to do it, cleaning, take care of pats...), then with the money I would sit and work on a solid project.

Or I would ask for a loan.

I'd find something to dropship. Almost zero startup capital. Done it. Doing it. Will continue to do it.
 
Earn with the previous skills
 
make a charity, once you get the some money from the charity, use it for ads for charity and scale up :D
 
Well if you knew you had skills you wouldn't have made this post. So without skills id do freelancing, pretty much be a VA, then once I reach $100 I'd start reselling something. Easiest way really.
 
A full time job, Delivery and Uber. Don't be lazy if you are this short in money
 
I would do some part time jobs at nearby restaurant to make some income because if there is no work left I would have to do some real jobs!!!!
