Hi,

Do anyone know how how to manipulate Ahref using a custom bot or software. I really appreciate If anyone can help with Bot and Proxies?

Do you want to manipulate in the sense of driving genuine branded SEO traffic in a way that Ahref will see it or specifically just to increase the metrics in Ahref regardless of what it does to real traffic?

I want to increase branded traffic specially for ahref.
 
I am also curious about this but I wonder how reliable the results would be if the data is only being manipulated in Ahrefs Would be interested to know if anyone has tested this recently and what the actual benefit was
 
I’d be careful with trying to manipulate Ahrefs data. Are you mainly looking to track branded keyword growth, or actually influence the metrics shown in Ahrefs?
 
For legitimate automation, it would be better to use Ahrefs’ available API/features where applicable, or build a bot around your own data and workflows rather than trying to manipulate the service itself.

I’d avoid trying to manipulate Ahrefs with bots or proxies. It’s better to focus on genuine traffic and links, as manipulated data can be unreliable and risky.
 
If you're trying to test Ahrefs at scale, I'd avoid trying to manipulate or bypass their systems. For legitimate automation, their API or approved data sources would be the safer route. It also makes the setup more stable than relying on bots and rotating proxies.
 
yes if you’re trying to automate ahrefs then just use their api or approved tools because bots and proxies can get the account blocked.
 
ahrefs traffic isnt real traffic, its a formula. rankings x search volume x CTR, summed. ahrefs literally never sees who visits your site. so a bot cant "add traffic" to it, theres nothing to add to. only thing that moves it is actual rankings. branded volume side is clickstream + keyword planner and bot queries get filtered as noise. not worth the setup imoo

tbh fake Ahrefs growth is just a vanity metric. Better to build actual brand searches through content, social, PR, and user demand — those signals usually follow naturally.
 
Ahrefs does not collect branded keyword information through your bot traffic; therefore, using proxies will not help. For real branded volumes, try concentrating on searches, mentions, public relations, and branding instead of manipulating the software.

that is something I’ll have to consider when working on branded search demand rather than the ahrefs no. public relation mention nd the kind of content that motivates people to search your brand name is key.

to be honest, the number that come from ahrefs will be a side effect rather than the aim. create demand for your brand in reality with proper content.

mostly these figure are calculated on Ahrefs nd therefore in my opinion, there is no point in making these numbers fake in most cases. you should work on generating real search demand for your brand.
 
Data from Ahrefs cannot be manipulated using bots or proxies. If you want to have more branded searches, then ensure that your users know about the brand via content, communities, and mentions.
