yeah it's possible try checking your account status and request a review if the option is there and restrictions can take some time to clear so there’s no fixed timeline and just avoid posting too much until it’s sorted.

On your last question. No. Anyone offering to open it faster needs your login. A session from their device on an already flagged account is how a restriction becomes a permanent disable. Check Account Status for a stated reason. If there isn't one it's likely content level, not ur account. If I was you I'd appeal once and stop posting the same stuff while you wait.
 
You should submit an appeal through Account Status and make sure to clear your browser cookies/cache before logging in again. Sometimes temporary restrictions lift automatically after a few days.
