My Experience with Repaturo
The Deal: On June 16, I contacted this provider via Telegram to have him verify a Google Business Profile (GBP) for us. We agreed on $300 for the verification, which came with a 30-day replacement warranty.
Timeline of Events:
Summary: Over roughly seven weeks, we paid for a service with an advertised warranty that was never meaningfully honored. Every replacement required repeated follow-up and threats to go public, the replacement profile failed just as the first one did, and the provider ultimately admitted he won't stand behind his own guarantee. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision before working with him.
The Deal: On June 16, I contacted this provider via Telegram to have him verify a Google Business Profile (GBP) for us. We agreed on $300 for the verification, which came with a 30-day replacement warranty.
Timeline of Events:
- June 16 – Reached out via Telegram; agreed to $300 for GBP verification with a 30-day replacement warranty.
- June 18 – Profile was verified and transferred to us.
- July 1 – Profile was suspended. We requested a replacement under the warranty.
- July 4 – After being ignored for several days, he agreed to provide a replacement.
- July 10 – After another week of silence, he said he'd only provide a replacement if we placed a new order.
- July 20 – After 10 more days of being ignored — and only after I mentioned I'd share our experience on BHW — he delivered the replacement. We agreed to hold off on posting as long as things worked out, and gave him the benefit of the doubt.
- July 31 – The replacement profile was suspended too. We asked for a partial refund. He agreed to replace it again, even offered 2-3 additional profiles, and asked for 48 hours to sort it out.
- August 1–5 – No response to any follow-up requests.
- August 6 – He stated outright that he has no intention of honoring the warranty.

I can report that this order did NOT go well. In short, nothing has been delivered since the 18th of May. Silence in July despite several reminders.
Asked for a refund. No real reply except "hello" and "why," which I already explained.
