you are never going to get zero rejections if you are running real money offers. even with whitehat angles they eventually flag you. best way i found is using the app store method... upload a basic free to play game app, run campaigns to it, and then redirect the real users on the backend. either that or get ready to burn through a lot of rented agency accounts.
