[Question] Huge traffic spike on this site—how are they pulling this off?

I’m fairly new to SEO, so I’m trying to learn by analyzing other sites. Recently, I came across a website that had an insane, sudden spike in traffic out of nowhere.

Does anyone know what kind of tactics or strategies could cause such a massive jump so fast? Is it parasite SEO, expired domains, Google News manipulation, or something else entirely?

These are typical domain networks with specific languages for a given niche, and then they divert traffic and traffic weight to a new domain within the network. After a few months, that domain also becomes part of the network and divert traffic to the next new domain. Plus, there's mass posting of parasitic sites, such as ParasiteWebSubmitter.
The traffic here isn't fake, but simply general traffic from redirects.

Interested in the pages that stayed flat than the spike itself. If only a small section of the Site Suddenly took off, I do compare those Pages with the ones that didn't move. That contrast can reveal what actually changed, instead of assuming the traffic jump came from a black-hat tactic.

the numbers tell the whole story tbh. 2,8k keywords bringing 7,5M traffic = 1-2 monster volume keywords carrying everything, and with that domain name u can guess the niche lol. 285k backlinks from only 1,9k domains is a pure spam blast, hacked sites or pbn. thats why the chart looks like squares, they rank for the big keyword, google slaps them, they blast links again and come back. classic churn and burn. also semrush traffic is just estimated from rankings so 1 huge keyword = millions overnight, not real visits. its already -38% so its burning down, nothing to copy here unless u like losing domains every few months

Porn site, people google their brand, the gov blocks the domain, web owner use other TLDs. Use google search console to redirect to the new domain then you are good to go.
