What's the most unexpected niche you have seen become profitable recently?

Some of my friends are working in crypto niche and making good profit.

Which crypto micro niche is working best for them DeFi, wallets, trading tools or another focused segment?

With so many micro niches emerging, it's interesting to see which ones are actually generating consistent revenue. Which unexpected niche surprised you the most and what do you think made it profitable?
Another most surprising niche is replacement parts and repair manuals for particular models. It may seem like there are very few searches for every subject bcz the numbers are low, but those who land on the pages usually need something very particular and are ready to purchase or take action right away. Thus, a hundreds of targeted visitors may prove to be way more valuable than thousands of just browsing users.

Interesting area would be that of specialized service niches for B2B businesses.

The niche itself might have extremely low search volume, the leads will likely very valuable due to the fact that the customers have a purchase intention and their lifetime value is extremely high.

Totally get what folks are saying about boring niches being cash cows. I’ve had more luck with something like plumbing equipment parts than with shiny new fitness gadgets. I always dig into forums or Reddit before picking a niche, to see where folks are griping about stuff they can’t find easily. People searching for a fix to an annoying problem will shell out without blinking, even if they’re not a massive crowd.
