Despite paying for this software (BTC blockchain showing 6 confirmations as of time of this posting)
- Identory refuses to acknowledge my payment
- Identory has not responded to me, despite "premium support" claims.
To prevent others from being harmed, I would suggest not ordering from them until this is resolved (or is escalated to a BHW Dispute Resolution thread).
@IDENTORY if you are legitimate and acting in good faith, please provide a *detailed* description of:
1. Why a confirmed crypto payment (now 7 confirmations on the BTC blockchain) is ignored
2. Why "premium support" tickets are ignored. Please provide a detailed SLA of response times so all future customers know what to expect from "premium" support. Is that a promise for resolution to happen in 1 hour? 1 day? 1 year? etc.

Regarding your payment:
Unfortunately, our payment provider has been experiencing issues processing payments on the Bitcoin network, which has caused significant delays in crediting payments. The issue was fully resolved yesterday, and there are currently no delays in processing payments on the Bitcoin network.
Regarding support response times:
Our support team operates daily from 10:00 to 22:00 (UTC+3). We strive to reply as quickly as possible, but high volumes of tickets can sometimes cause delays. However, ignoring a customer is never our intention. In your case, we responded to your ticket even before the support team's scheduled working hours.
We apologize once again for the situation, it goes beyond the way we normally provide our services.
