I have recently noticed that there is no real difference in performance if they are registered with email only and not phone+email.

Though, this is for organic accounts that have been registered via phones and made for posting from phones.

How is it with you? Is there any difference for tiktok accounts if they have been registered with email only? Or do you legit see performance increase when the account has email + phone.

My account was registered using an email address, and it has been working very reliably without any issues. My channel has also been growing quickly and steadily. I use it on both my phone and computer. In my opinion, there isn’t much difference between an account registered with an email address and one registered with a phone number.
 
Email only has been fine for me. If there is a ranking benefit from adding a phone number, it's small enough that I've never been able to notice it.
 
Register of profile with phone and email address are best option to grow fast new profile using TikTok with the update of contact from listed/registered number and email address.
 
I think email+phone works for account security and recovery not particularly in performance boosts.
 
I think that registering with either phone number or email address doesn't affect performance. However, I find that registering with email address is more secure.
 
It gives you an additional recovery option and adds a bit more security although I haven't noticed a major performance difference between the two setups. I'd personally recommend using both a phone number & Gmail address
 
Accounts registered with phone get a higher trust score, so if you’d like to got a decently priced service for receiving OTP it might be worth it. I mix both email only and email+phone accounts depending on what I’m using them for.
 
From what’s been observed, registration method alone doesn’t seem to impact performance directly content quality, watch time and engagement signals appear to play a much bigger role the phone number might matter more for trust and recovery rather than reach.
 
In my opinion, you should just use one of the two, since there isn't much difference between them; personally, I still use email to sign up for a TikTok account.
 
Email has been working good for us, it's good for keeping costs down as well. We use Outlook for TikTok with no problems. You most likely gain a tad bit of trust by signing up with phone numbers though, apps usually trust numbers over emails.
