I have recently noticed that there is no real difference in performance if they are registered with email only and not phone+email.

Though, this is for organic accounts that have been registered via phones and made for posting from phones.

How is it with you? Is there any difference for tiktok accounts if they have been registered with email only? Or do you legit see performance increase when the account has email + phone.

My account was registered using an email address, and it has been working very reliably without any issues. My channel has also been growing quickly and steadily. I use it on both my phone and computer. In my opinion, there isn’t much difference between an account registered with an email address and one registered with a phone number.
 
Can you even register an account on DESKTOP without having to use a phone? Just email?
 
Email only has been fine for me. If there is a ranking benefit from adding a phone number, it's small enough that I've never been able to notice it.
 
Register of profile with phone and email address are best option to grow fast new profile using TikTok with the update of contact from listed/registered number and email address.
 
I think email+phone works for account security and recovery not particularly in performance boosts.
 
Email is fine - Give the first preference to Gmail
 
It gives you an additional recovery option and adds a bit more security although I haven't noticed a major performance difference between the two setups. I'd personally recommend using both a phone number & Gmail address
 
Accounts registered with phone get a higher trust score, so if you’d like to got a decently priced service for receiving OTP it might be worth it. I mix both email only and email+phone accounts depending on what I’m using them for.
 
Email has been working good for us, it's good for keeping costs down as well. We use Outlook for TikTok with no problems. You most likely gain a tad bit of trust by signing up with phone numbers though, apps usually trust numbers over emails.
 
I don't see any difference between the two; I usually just use email because it's a habit of mine.
 
Absolutely NO difference.

When you register a TikTok account they:
1. Try to understand where are you from, in that case they know to what audience to show your content first.
2. You upload a video, tiktok tries it on "test audience" (usually you get 500-3000 views on first videos) and looks for engagement metrics, if they are good, he keeps showing your video to a little wider audience and look for metrics again, if they are very good, he then show your video to everyone that fit for location and interest.

They don't care how you registered your account, so don't worry about this :)

there is zero diference in views bro the only time u actualy need a real phone number attached is when u try to cash out from the creator program or if they hit u with a random security check
