I just watch seo jesus video here - I'm not sure if it's legit or no, but hes doing demonstration how he can bump seo results for short term.

Doe's he buys social signals for that?
Really didn't got what hes doing there but it's looks interesting.

Yes, they are doing it with organic search click simulation with mobile proxies and google cookies. It bumps your ranking for a short time since you got a spike in CTRs. However effect is temporary and in most cases you got a penalty after 1 month. Use only for your churn & burn projects. Turkish gang is doing it a lot.
